Tamanoir
Tamanoir is a canned pastry stout made from a selection of special malted and roasted grains, then finished with Ecuadorian cacao, organic roasted coconut from Sri Lanka, and Brazilian coffee (Corsi, roasted by Cantook in Quebec). Slightly less intense and powerful than our bottled versions, this imperial stout still reaches 9% ABV, developing a smooth body and a decadent profile with notes reminiscent of chocolate and coconut desserts, best enjoyed with an espresso.
