Lièvre / Slake

Lièvre is a thiolyzed NEIPA, brewed with ingredients that promote thiolysis, a process that stimulates biotransformation and releases maximum tropical aromas.
Hopped with New Zealand cultivars Superdelic, NZ Cascade (at mash), and Southern Cross, enhanced with Phantasm (Sauvignon Blanc powder), and then fermented with Thiol Theory yeast (thanks to @yeastcanadainnovations), it develops vibrant notes of passion fruit and guava. A juicy, expressive NEIPA with hints of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit.
