The coffee used was aged for three months in Caribou Crossing barrels, a Canadian whisky distilled and bottled in Montreal. During this aging process, the green Colombian beans absorbed the aromas of the wood and whisky before being roasted to reveal their full richness.
The indulgent notes of chocolate cherry, vanilla, and whisky blend harmoniously with the silky, velvety base of the stout, supported by cacao and Madagascar vanilla bean.
